Balme

A balme is a tree with sparse oval-shaped black-red leaves that can measure up to 6 or 7 feet in height and grows underground, away from sunlight. An infusion of its bark, when drunk hot, is a very good antidote against all types of poison.
The brew restores 1d8 hit points lost due to poison damage. It has no preventive virtue, so has no action if drunk before taking poison damage.
