Alleha

An alleha is a 12 inches tall wild plant that bears small bright yellow flowers. Its infusion with walnut or olive oil is commonly used after a hard day at work to recover and fight the effects of fatigue.
Drinking the infusion reduces the exhaustion level by 1, if you are not already dead of course, for the next 8 hours. If the creature still has exhaustion levels after this time, it takes one more level.
